Cicadas, Frogs and Gigantic Tadpoles

We had a birthday party for my son this weekend for the neighbor kids.
Pretty soon they all ended up back at the pond, when my brother realized
that the frogs go crazy for cicadas. They were hoping out of the water
trying to these things from us. It was very cool.

On another note, I think I mentioned we had a frog spawn the other day. My
bro and sis in law mentioned they saw tadpoles. I told them they were crazy
because the eggs are still in the comma stage. we went back though and sure
enough we have some kind of gigantic tadpole in there. Three to be exact.
Each is somewhere between 3-4 inches long. I assume they are bull frog tads,
but I am not sure.

We also discovered to large (2-3 inches) black fish in the pond. W have no
idea what those are.

Either bullfrogs or greenfrogs, as they can get pretty big too.
