New information on Snake Away

I wrote the company that makes Snake Away to
ask about using it around fish and this is what I
got back:
The product is toxic to fish

So if you have a pond that is set 'in the ground' and runoff into the pond
could occur Snake Away is not for you. If your pond is set above the ground and
no runoff gets in then you might consider it.
But.... if it was just a harmless garter snake I would live and let live or
find another way (such as removing cover and harassment) to discourage the
snake or use the humane method with a minnow trap.
For poisonous snakes I'd be more aggressive in defense of the pond and family
and very, very, very careful.
Also would do a lot more research and see about hiring someone if they were
available in the area.

(This is just general information and not addressed to any recent post ;-)
