Monk

Any of you see the first showing of the TV show Monk?

The mystery was why someone appeared to be after a young girl's fish in an
aquarium. The fish was IDed as a Crimson Marble that only lived about 1
year due to a weak immune system. Anyone want to take a guess what the fish
really was? ~ jan

The episode premiered Saturday night and should
be rerun a couple of times during the week on the USA
network.
I'm guessing but the fish looked like an Oranda to mine eyes.

Actually it, was Fantail. At one time it could have been a Ryukin. I
noticed that the color pattern changed a couple times through out the
program. On the floor it looked like a Comet.

Probably a stunt fish!

Let's try that again.... Tom noted that the fish seem to have
changed color patterns through out the show.
So it looks like they used stunt fish!

Lame, I know ;-)

Well I didnt see it either, but if they called it a 'marble' I would guess
it was a Pearlscale.

Is it just me, or have they taken his obsessions to far this year? In recent
years the obsessions were idiosyncrasies, this year they seem to be making
him handicapped. The few episodes I've seen, he seems sad not humorous. Is
it just me?

BTW, love his new assistant...what's her face from Two Guys, a Girl and a
Pizza Place.

It is just you. He hasn't changed. His idiosyncrasies are amplified by
the fact that he has a new assistant that has to learn them.
