Exclamation crossing roses

I'm not quite the gardening type at all and i need to know how i can cross breed roses and what kinds are best..please help!

That's a significant investment in time, and not always with the desired
results. Getting a nice looking rose with a desirable scent, disease
resistant, etc. Pretty much a luck of the draw, but if you're so inclined.
