Systemic Insecticides/Fungicides in U.K.

I'm in B.C. Canada.

Here and the U.S. the systemics I used to use in the U.K. (Benomyl &
Cygon) are "no longer registered". That means we can't buy them but is
IS legal to import them.

Can anybody tell me if they are available in the U.K. and, ideally,
suggest a source where I could order by mail.
