Which specific orchid spice?

I have become big fan of orchid blowers after reading some articles. There is sunny season now days and some times also have raining there. I would like to know which spice of orchid flowers may be good to grow in such a environment.

You want to grow vanilla beans. Are you in the tropics? This orchid is
a tropical species. Also, it does not like full sun.
