Leaf Cutter Bees

Does anyone have any suggestions to keep the leaf cutter bees away from my iceberg roses. I would be fine with them it they chewed only a couple of leaves, but the have destroyed all the new growth leaves on the top half of 2 of my plants. Obviously, I don't want to hurt them, I just want them to stop chewing up my leaves. At this point, my shrubs are in jeopardy and there are few leaves on the top part.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you

Well the easiest way to get rid of bees is with a makeshift flamethrower but unfortunetly when they die they leave and EXTREMELY strong pharamon which attracts more bees.

I have read in an article before that the best way to avoid these leaf cutter bees is to cover your affected plants with cheese cloth or loose netting. You should only do this at times when the bees are most active. I've heard too that pesticides or any insecticides would not help avoid them. So do not do that. You may just harm your plants.
