Default Best climbing rose for cutting?

I want to grow a rose against a north west facing stone wall. I understand that Mme Alfred Carriere and Mme Gregoire Staechelin are good. Does anyone know if either of these work well as cut flowers? Or any other recommendations? Thanks!
