Assistanc in locating Knockout Roses

I live in the US and want to purchase 2 knockout rose plants for friends in the UK (Surrey), but I cannot locate any nurseries in the UK that carry the knockout rose, nor can I locate a company in the US who can export them to the UK. Can any one help me? Thank you.
