My olypiad rose died but suckers came up from the ground and started to bloom white I have been all over the net to find the answer to no avail Thanks |

It sounds like Fortuniana, was the grower from the SE
United States? Fortuniana is a common root stock for growers in that area. Growers select their root stock for the local conditions, it is usually best to buy from a grower that has similar soil & climate conditions as the area you will plant the grafted rose.
