Default Rose Hips? or seeds?

I have a yellow and an orangish turning towards reddish orange rose
plans. Both have large sed like - an inch diameer. I must say they
have been producing beautiful roses. I have enjoyed them very much.

Is it possible to leave them (I mean the seeds) to dryout and plant
them to get plants similar to ones that they were grown in?

How do I go about doing this? does any one have used these seeds to
get plants?

Please advise me on this - thanks
