One CAUTION about Alfalfa pelets. There are some that have molasses
added. The ones that are formulated for Rabbits and Horses. Make
sure they are 100% Alfalfa. The Molasses will attract every kind of
insect you can think of including ants and others.

That's a really good point and I'm glad you mentioned it.
Last fall I bought the rabbit pellets and used them. The
"tea" didn't seem to work as well. I didn't want to buy
the 50 lb bags which were the only other alternative, but
I will from now on.
