(Perhaps accepting is not quite the right word. I'd say the EU is
'buying' soy beans from Brazil and to the extent it is bought
as not contaminated with GMOs, that property of the shipments is
subject to testing.)

I can't see how anyone can deduct from Brazilian seed sales, that
half of the soybeans imported to the EU from Brazil, and considered
uncontaminated by GMOs by the EU, are actually GM beans smuggled in
from Argentina.

However, you imply that you can make such a deduction, writing:

.. The EU is accepting soy beans from Brazil
as GM free and seed sales show that nearly half are GM beans
smuggled in from Argentina.

Can I see your data and your method, please.

..labeling GM free you best be sure because everyone will be
checking.

The EU does not in any way use, propose, or desire a system based on
'GM-free' labels.
