Indeed, what is the question? Your address indicates an affiliation of sorts
with the educational system.

We are already embarrassed by the school system in Oregon and especially in
the Portland area. The shortened school year was an impressive example of
ineptitude on the part of elected officials and hirelings alike.

Is this why you must pursue this during the summer months?

A search on Google for Nonstructural Carbohydrates brings up many links
including work by ARS. One listing was indeed "MAKING NUTRITIONAL SENSE OF
NONSTRUCTURAL CARBOHYDRATES."
