He will continue to be a problem. When they come once, they'll come back again. I think I bought my big cage for $25. It has been worth every penny. Take care.

Topping off the pond

I just add city water with a sprinkler. I have done this for 20 years with no adverse affects. The less chemicals the better. Take care.

Thanks for the welcome. The only thing I don't like about the hyacinth is that the roots clog my pump. It does however reproduce like crazy. I really don't know that much...
