Default hot, sunny, slopey, rocky soil

Any ideas on drought tolerant perennials I can plant on a slope that will
thrive in rocky soil with full sun all day?
I'd like "set it and forget it" type plants, preferably flowering but not
required.

Thanks for your ideas!

Blackfoot daisies, hesperaloe, yuccas, agaves, many native grasses, etc.
etc. etc.

Agave, yucca. Pavonia lasiopetala is one I really like, and have seeds I
could send you. Once you get one going, it self-seeds everywhere.

Thanks to all. I have some pup agave and aloe that I will try, as well as
the others.

Most aloes are not hardy here, they will freeze in the winter. Same is
true for many agaves. Two good local sources for xeric, native and
adapted plants are the Natural Gardener and Barton Springs Nursery.
Check them out.
For online sources, nobody beats yuccado.com
