I am here reading from time to time and an occasional post. ;) I'm old enough I guess -- from the mid-late '90's here. ;) Just very busy as the treasurer for the Austin Pond Society and selling real estate. We have a pond society group trip to Peckerwood Gardens on Saturday and I can't wait -- also Yucca Do and the concrete yard ornament place! Anyone else know about those places? I hear they're wonderful places to visit. Regards, Gae Xavier, GRI, ABR REALTOR, Sellstate Signature Realty www.sellstate.com/gxavier Cell: (512) 431-2878 |

A Jimmy Buffett song comes to mind "We are the people our parents warned us about" the time has come for the young ones to become the old-timers, those are the ones you are seeing now.
