Announcement: American Botanical Council 2003 Medicinal Herb Fest
 
You are cordially invited to attend the American Botanical Council
2003 Medicinal Herb Fest, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, April 26, in
the gardens of our beautiful home at 6200 Manor Road, Austin, Texas,
the former Case Mill Homestead, an historic site from the 1850s.

Tour herb gardens, learn to identify, grow and use medicinal herbs,
and enjoy live music and other festivities at the American Botanical
Council Medicinal Herb Fest. Come and hear the latest on herbal
medicine with Mark Blumenthal, founder and executive director of ABC.
The festivities will include herb walks, classes and presentations
from renowned local herbalists and gardeners, sample products, food
and beverages, live music and more.

The American Botanical Council is the leading nonprofit education and
research organization using science-based and traditional information
to promote the responsible use of herbal medicine.

Directions
From North via 35: Exit 51st Street. Turn left (East) and proceed to
Manor Road. Turn left and go approximately 1 mile to Walnut Hills
drive. Look for our sign on the left as you get to the corner. Turn
left and park anywhere on the street or at the local churches.
From South via 35: Exit 51st Street. Turn right (East) and proceed to
Manor Road. Turn left and go approximately 1 mile to Walnut Hills
drive. Look for our sign on the left as you get to the corner. Turn
left and park anywhere on the street or at the local churches.
From East via 290 or 183: If you are on 290, take it to 183 (Ed
Bluestein Blvd.) and turn south. Take the Manor Road exit and turn
right if you are coming from the north or left if you are coming from
the south. Follow Manor Road for approximately 1 mile. After Manor
Road and Springdale Road diverge, Walnut Hills will be the third road
on the right. Turn right and park anywhere on the street or at the
local churches.
