Default Cedar Park enters the new millennium

The gang at Home Depot told me they were working with the City of Cedar
Park and the assorted local utilities to start offering some of the
conservation perks our neighbors in Austin have been getting for awhile.
Specifically the Home Depot was getting in rain water collection
barrels/systems that Cedar Park water bill paying residents will be able
to get "for free".

The HD guy said it will get going around the end of Feb. Unfortunately I
couldn't find anything on the city website and city offices are closed
today.
