Newbie Tomato raised garden question

Hi,

I want to create some raised gardens buy unsing cedar boards. I plan
on making them 4 feet wide by 6 feet long by x 12 inches high. Is
there a good off the shelf soil that I can use at stores like Home
Depot or Lowes? Any other suggestions?

I live one block west of Houston in Katy.
