Default two problems, two trees

Have an Afghan pine, must be 30+ years old - very tall and stout - also very
brown and looks like it's dying - has had plenty of water. How long will
these trees live and is it at its end?
Also have a Meyers lemon, in the ground, with about 40 fruits on it, about
half grown. The leaves look yellow to pale lime and curling up a bit.
Getting worse over the past 2 months. Any ideas are most appreciated.
