Hi at all.
I am looking for someone that know a nursery that have oleanders with
yellow flowers

Oleander don't have yellow flowers.

If it has yellow flowers, it is not a true oleander.

The so-called "yellow oleander" is Thevetia not Nerium.

I do not know but this summer in Italy at CERVIA beach I seen an olenader
like all others but with yellows flowers.

If you looked really close, you would have noticed that the yellow flowered
plant was different, as in belonging to a different genus.
