I seem to get sheds loads of white fly ( also lots of black fly and
some green fly) outdoors . How do I get rid of them without constant
spraying etc.

I'm aware that there are some organic methods for getting rid of them
but they seem to be aimed at being used indoors

Please help

Also I'd prefer if it was not a costly solution

The ideal solution with aphids outdoors is do nothing and they will sort
themselves out but that may sound like anti-pesticide dogma or naievty.
Every time, I started a new garden, I got hit hard by greenfly. This was
especially true of some species of plant host (e.g. cardoons and lupins;
these always get covered in aphids anyway and seem to survive). In time, it
usually calmed down and you would lose some plants to sheer pressure of
numbers but mainly the natural predators would deal with it in due course.
Spraying with insecticide may make it worse. You will get temporary relief
but they will just come back and you will have killed some of the natural
predators. Be brave and things usually balance out. In order to attract
predators you have to have some pests to begin with. Whitefly in
greenhouses can be a right pain I believe but I have never had a greenhouse
long enough to find out.
