Sowing begonia seeds

My OH has a packet of begonia seeds to sow however these things are
tiny, I mean unbeleivably tiny.

Are there any tricks anyone can suggest that will make it easier to
evenly sow these things?

TIA

Mix the seeds with fine dry sand, fill an old salt pot with the resulting
mix, and sprinkle the seed trays with it.

One of the normal tricks is to dilute the seed with very fine sand and then
sow the mixture. I have never done this . I prefer to take a small pinch of
the seed and broadcast them from a height.
I am sure there must be other methods.

And does this work?

Works for me just fine but I suppose it does require a degree of skill.
Perhaps you should stick with the sand method.

I thought you or someone else would suggest something but FWIW there are
seed dispensers and gel dispersion methods.

I have tiny nimble fingers and sow everything regardless of size from
my hand with my fingers. I don't need gadgets, gel, dispensers, potion
nor do I need to google to let me know how to do it. My grand dad told
me everything I need to know :o)

I asked my husband about this and his first piece of advice was to slightly
crease a piece of paper and put the seed onto it, then gently and slowly
move the paper across the seed tray, tapping it lightly to distribute the
seed as you go. His second piece of advice is WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T
SNEEZE!
