Bloomin heck (Yorkshire for FFS) .
It's not an easy one. Both plants are young and as such it makes positive ID
much more difficult..
I guess that both are some form of Phyllostachys (aurea perhaps).
The leaves look right and the slight sign of yellow stems looks right.
Are these two growing in pots in full sun/partial or full shade.?
A bit more info about their provenance, and current geographical location,
may be helpful in giving you much more information

Is a small clump forming bamboo, does not seem to spread, and grows to
about 4 ft tall. The leaves are reasonably large. Grows anywhere.
Photo is approx 2ft tall.

to about 12 ft tall. The leaves are narrow. Grows anywhere.
Photo is approx 6ft tall
