Default tips of conifer suddenly turned red.

Hi, we have a conifer in a large pot about five or six years old. suddenly
all the tips have gone a vivid red. what is going on here please?

it actually looks great. if there was a way of encouraging it without
hurting the plant I
would do it, any suggestions please?

I can't see the picture but it sounds like the conifer is setting seed.

Not everybody subscribes to binary NewsGroups.

Try using tinypic instead.

http://tinypic.com/

use [Browse] to locate the picture (jpg. is best for file size
800x600 pixels or less for the screen) on your computer and then
click on [Host picture] and then a set of links will eventually appear
at the bottom.

Post the topmost link.
