Hi-

I have just bought a house with a lovely but very dilapidated
landscaped garden. It has a series of raised plant islands created by a
path system which are kept in place by very rotted log edging (also
missing in a number of places

I would like to replace this log-edging with something similar, like
the edging shown in the oval photo on the following page:

However, all the edging I have seen appears to come in 2m lengths or
less and I've estimated I will need 80 to 100m worth.

Does anyone know a uk supplier who can supply longer lengths, or a
place which might be willing to do some kind of deal for bulk buying?

We get our in France as it's much cheaper there

We either buy it when we are there or get the inlaws to bring some back
with them.

Obviously not particulary helpful as not everyone has got easy access
to France but there ya go.

the inlaws also bring back lots of free booze for us which is even
better

nope - not really. just out of interest, how much does it cost over
there? can you get longer lengths?
