Plant ID please

This plant was given to us by our neighbour and it has just come into flower. Trouble is, neighbour cannot remember what it is!!! Plant leaves similar to a Day Lily and about 2 feet high, white flowers about an inch across on long stem which rises above the leaves to about 3 ft high. There are a number of flowers on each stem, each flower only having 3 petals!! Will try to post a better picture. Yes I think it might well be libertia, particularly given the flowering

Very many thanks. That's it. Joan is now happy. She had studied the RHS Book but not recognised it. They are very nice if they get going and spread a bit. We bought 3 at a plant sale in Dublin 2 weeks ago. I have no idea which species is which; there are 2 or 3 commonly planted ones. Yours looks nice and tall and with quite big flowers. Thanks for the comments Des. As I said they were given to us by our 'almost new' ( just over a year) neighbours. They had a Nursery so I expect they are of a good stock.
