tomato problem

Can someone identify this tomato disease, please ?
It starts like this, then spreads to other leaves.
The fruit seems to be OK but without healthy leaves
immature fruit cannot mature.

Variety - Brandywine.

I also have Shirley in the greenhouse but they
have a good resistance to it and do not need to be pulled out.

Thanks Emrys. It's a relief to know that it may be a deficiency
and not a virus.I shall certainly follow your advice.
