Some hedges have superior, juicy crops and on other hedges they are totally inedible and shrivelled. Must relate to finding underground water or not. Sometimes only feet apart. Best Wishes Brian. |

My "Himalayan Giant" briar has a huge crop of very large berries, much bigger than normal , although I have watered it twice a week this past four or five weeks. ( No hosepipe ban here yet). p. pleater. |
