First aid help req! The heads fallen off our Marguerite tree

Hi,
I bought a daisy tree yesterday but on the way home it fell over in
the car and the heads snapped off.
Its name on the card is "Marguerite" but it was labeled up as a "daisy
tree".

Can I put the broken head in water or something so it will grow roots?

Is there any way that I can take some sort of a cutting off it to get
it back to life?
