Green manuring.

Thought I'd give it a try this winter.
Never done it before.
I'm using field beans; sown in September
dig in December.
Anyone tried them could offer tips, please?
I'll keep you posted.

Green manuring.

Hi Sam
I have usually over wintered my field beans. If planted early and
ggrown well by the end of Oct, can cut them down and they regrown
If weeds are a problem, you need to sow them close

Grazing rye is good, stands well. If soil is heavy - winter tares are
good, but take some diging in.
