Anyone thinking of discussing with you should first read your previous
contributions to the newsgroup, particularly the "More Rosemary"
thread below. They will see that you are not a gardener yourself, you
are a nasty, twisted old man who is only interested in causing
trouble. Several people have told you to leave this newsgroup, not to
start a fresh thread where you can start over again.
Just in case it wasn't clear enough before, let me say it again...
GO AWAY. WE DON'T WANT YOU HERE.

This is a regular trick of this person's. He is told in very clear terms
that he is thoroughly despised and disliked and is certainly not considered
a member of the gardening fraternity. So, rather pathetically, he attempts
to prove otherwise by starting a 'gardening' thread which, if it takes off
at all, inevitably peters out along with his horticultural 'knowledge'. He
lives to annoy others which is why he joins forces with others of his ilk.
But he can be viciously spiteful as a past member of this group has learned
to his cost. It's the only way he can get anyone to acknowledge him.

In other words apply the trollbegone (organic of course) and leave it to
take effect on the
garden pest.

Or just killfile him!
