I use OE, not outlook. I have a prog called Quotefix installed which 'fixes'
replies to conform with posting etiquette. Don't know if it works with
Outlook. sig is then put at the bottom.

Or you could use a *proper* newsreader which will do it for you. On Windows,
I used to use Forte Free Agent which I liked.

You can add it manually if you want.

The first line of a sig consists of two hyphens followed by a space:
that tells other people's mail/newsreaders that what follows is a
signature.
You're allowed three more lines of up to 79 characters, and if you write
more you'll be moaned at by weird people.

If you want to experiment, you can post to alt.test which is provided
for the purpose.

Leave the curser where you want it and then "insert" chose signature, if you
have more than one you can chose which one.

I have switched to MicroPlanet Gravity which has a much better killfile an a
sig manager which I have not got around to setting up yet - It is a free
download and not difficult to set up. I found outlook express next to useless
