From the hundreds of predictions consider the following statement made from
those predictions;

"The average temperature in the UK will rise by 10 degrees C over the next
25 years giving warmer winters, hotter summers and more rainfall'

Given the above compilation, the impact on the recreational gardener will be
noticeable in respect to the plants he will be able to grow.

10 degree C or F? that warming C seems quite extreme in 25 years Mike.

My apologies rob. Just ploughed through all the
comments/predictions/forecasts from 'those who know' and yes it is F.

Many thanks

Mike

Ho shame. Here was me thinking of starting a nice orangery business,
almonds and peaches, olives and grapes... Never mind, in another life
perhaps ;o)

Difficult. I've got this strong affinity with the Peak Districts,
Yorkshire Moores and Dales, Cumbria, north Wales, the Lakes and
dearest Boggart Hole Clough, Goyt Valley, Hyndburn Clog, Piethorne and
Croal. If I go, I'll simply stop breathing.

LOL! They'll have to catch me first and I'm not sure their bones will
allow for the run, bless. All those flights and helicopter, rich food
and tralalas ;o)
