We stayed at the Meudon near Falmouth last year and found it excellent -
it's around 45 mins to Eden and Heligan but has very nice gardens, good
food and its own beach. It's not cheap, but worth it - we'll certainly

Try looking at www.hiddenvalleygardens.co.uk and www.marshvillagardens.com
both gardening friends and both do accommodation

Well I can reccommend one. Edenview B&B is near the eden project and also Heligan gardens. We often have guests come to stay who visit both. Please feel free to take a look at our website www.eden-project.org.uk

We went a few weeks ago. The site below lists lots of accomodation,
restaurants etc, to suit various pockets, and many are within 2-3 miles of
Eden.
