Petunias
I have a basket with some petunias in, and they are filling the basket
nicely. The flowers are starting to open and by its current shape it will be lovely when they do. My question - are petunia leaves always so sticky? |

I think it is the actual stems. it is quite sticky. each time I touch it to check the dryness of the soil or look at the buds I can feel the residue. it doesn't last long - not sticky like, say honey. I hate gunk and have to wash my hands immediately (I don't suffer from OCD), with this plant I can wait about 5 minutes and the stickiness goes. hope that makes sense |
