Adhesive for Pond Liner
Putting a new pond liner in for someone probably PVC type and need to
stick it up and over surrounding cemented wall which has paving slabs on top ...... I will then over cap with new top slabs etc. What is the best adhesive to use ? I plan to insert the liner over the old for a bit more protection ..... Is this a good idea ? Any tips would be most helpful Cheers |

Any tips would be most helpful PVC liner always cracks just above the water line due to UV radiation. One cure is to bring the liner up behind the top bricks so it doesn't get any sunlight. Putting one liner over another is OK as long as the first liner was fitted properly and there aren't too many creases. You can purchase underliner which helps smooth out any problems and is strong enough to resist stone/root damage. -- Regards Bob Hobden 17mls W. of London.UK |

Any water getting between the two liners just lifts the upper one. David. |

Preferred material is Butyl rubber. -- ßôyþëtë London, UK |
