Default HDRA adopt-a-veg scheme-But Cheaper?

Hi All, I checked out the HDRA scheme and £25 for a packet of seeds is not
an option.
So,question,Does anyone know of a similar type of UK based resource or
seed-swop/seedbank for old or endangered varieties of veggies out there?
At a more reasonable price.
