Allottment share/help Wandsworth /Merton

The London Borough of Wandsworth have a Nursery in Arthur Road KT3 -
which is in the London Borough of Merton;

it is moments from my Merton home.

I gather it is only possible to rent an allottment there if you are a
Wandsworth resident.

Any thoughts?
