Which? reviews seed suppliers

I read about this on one of the Irish Sunday papers over the week end.
I thought this was outrageous stuff: but then again, it might explain
some poor performance from some of the seed packets I have purchased
over the years...
In a recent survey, consumer magazine Which? found that up to 99% (in
the case of delphinium from one supplier) of seeds in packets were
dead.

Don't think it necessarily says anything about particular suppliers,
just about variability of seed viability. They chose very few packets
from each supplier - with a different choice, you could have got a
completely different result.

But we've already done this to death ;-)
