Planting garlic
Planted about 75 garlic cloves this afternoon.
It has been a pleasant day and the soil responded well. They should have plenty of time to get established before the harsh weather of February. Garlic is a delicious ingredient to savoury cooking and has been consumed for thousands of years. It is also healthy eating. True it is difficult to conceal when in conversion but we have a simple solution to that:- Annie eats it too. Sam Eat healthy, keep fit, die anyway. |

Can't stand the stuff myself but the wife likes it and it keeps the vampires away. (I'm in northern Germany, about 1,000 km closer to Transylvania than you.) I also planted winter onion sets for the first time at the same as the garlic. They're looking OK.
