You've got me beat. However a few guesses:
a) Gardeners World presenters?
b) Famous composers?
c) Shakespearian characters puck etc?
d) Former Dr Who's?

I thought the one on the far right looked a bit like
Titchmarsh. Dimmock 2nd along with the long hair.
So that means Tommy is far left.
Third one along has me a bit stuck - Gay Search?

It's from Gardener's World, not Ground Force. From left to right,
