Default Yellowing Oleander

My 3 Oleanders in pots have made it through the winter again without
any protection and up against a south facing wall here in South
Worcestershire.

One of them has very yellowing leaves with purple spots, (like Black
Spot). It started to go like this last summer. The other two are quite
healthy. Should I be feeding them or something?
