OT - Madeira holiday advice

Has anyone on this newsgroup been on a garden tour of Madeira?

If so, I would be interested for any advice on resorts, accommodation
and gardens to visit.

Please feel free to answer by e-mail if prefered but I would like to
surprise my wife with a garden treat this summer.
