bug id please
 
Can anyone identify this little bug?, there are several of them on
my Weeping Willow tree.
At first I thought they where Ladybirds they are about the
same size, but having a closer look they are obviously not
LBs in fact they have there fangs sunk into the leaves and
are not letting go
