It's difficult to judge size from the photograph 4330. I am trying to think of what riverside plants have flowers like this. It could of course be a garden escape.

In both cases, some leaves would help.

4296 = Old Man's Beard/Traveller's joy - the native wild clematis

4901 = Rudbeckia
