Default Stunning Salvia collection

I've just stumbled across this impressive collection of Salvias - all done
for love and not as a profession! It's truly amazing

What splended Salvias, I had no idea there were so many, it will take
me hours to do justice to his site by looking carefully. Thank you
for posting the link Sacha.

I'm just astounded at the number he grows and not in acres either, by the
looks of it.

I wish he'd named them as we watched them! The Christine yeo books are
very good, I have them both but the photographs aren't that good in
them.

I once joined the Salvia newsgroup/mailing list and was way out of my
depth! These people really know their botany Incredibly technical but
nonetheless fascinating at times.

Not sure if I understand, Janet. Each flower listed is named when you click
on its name and bring up its photo. Sadly, Christine Yeo has had to give up
her Nursery but is still living there and raising Salvias for her own
pleasure, AFAIK.

They seem to be among the plants that inspire great passion. I was
astonished at Robin's pages of photos of one flower from each Salvia.
That's dedication!

Eh? I found the link on the index page to open the other pages by
accident by mousing over the name. Then all I got was a slideshow of
salvias, one after the other but certainly no names!!

How very weird. I got the index, clicked on each Salvia by name, got a pic
and the name of the Salvia. I'll look again tomorrow, Janet but right now I
have an appointment with our mattress!

Great site but I got pages of Salvias in apparently random order with an
ABC listing at the top

If you and Janet click on View Gallery, don't you get a list of all the
Salvias in alphabetical order, plus a row of little ping pong ball thingies
each labelled with letters A to Z? At the top of this page named Gallery
Index, there is also a dropdown box marked Select with every page number in
it. I agree that the Salvias on the pages seem to be at random but I just
click on the one I'm interested in that's in the named listing on that
Gallery Index page.

All I got was one photo and the title on the front page, no links no
menu, so i wandered over the page and found the mouse changed over the
title which led me to the salvia slide show in a circle.
