Default Blue Star - annual creeper

Bit confused about this lovely edging plant. Am planning to grow it all
in between the slabs of a path wandering across the garden.

Blue Star seems to be classified as:
Laurentia Axillaris
Laurentia Fluviatilis
Pratia Pedunculata

Anyway, can anyone tell me if it is likely to come up every year. We
get a long parade of frosts here in South Shropshire.

Eddy.
