Default Directives and Instructions for use on uk.rec.gardening.

Does anyone have the authority to tell anyone on this newsgroup how they
should post and who should be ignored?

In the words of a one famous troll, "I think not".

Anyone with a gardening topic is entitled to make a contribution, should
they wish to make a non gardening contribution, everyone knows it should be
prefixed with "OT", even messages which should go via email but made
publicly on uk.rec.gardening should be marked "OT", but of course it is best
if these messages "are" sent by email and not clutter the newsgroup up.

Kindest possible regards on this wonderful sunny day

Mike
